The bathroom was clean as well as bedsheet .family booking but the bed was small even after requesting for kind size bed basically they don't have big beds at the hotel .we have to split the rooms far away.overvall bad experience checking look 30min more just to allocate the rooms

Booked this hotel for a 3 night stay - it did what it said on the tin. It was basic but clean and comfortable - staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. Location is perfect - everything you need is right out side including Santa Cruz train station. Breakfast was served to your room and was quite good and plentiful - would definitely book again.,

Bad behaviour and total lack of respect for customers. The front office needs to learn the meaning of service industry. The rooms were ok and service boys were good. No other complaints except for it seems like front office is not interested in selling rooms.

Thank You so much for making this easy and simple for me during my stay earlier this month. Few checks from my side to the management - 1. Room must have a wall clock 2. At the time of check-in please make sure that guest is given the time of breakfast and wi-fi login details. Overall the Room was comfortable and spacious. Food (ordered via room service) quality is good. Location of the Hotel Property is good to (near to airport). Staff is very polite and courteousness. Rooms/Bed/Toilets/overall facility is clean. Thank You so much!!
